Areas of Practice
We practice in the following areas.
C.J.’s dream came true when Kaely, his daughter, joined his law firm, Williams, Smith and Summers, P.A. in 2008. Subsequently, C.J. and Kaely opened Smith and Frye P.A., a boutique Mount Dora, Lake County, Florida law firm that concentrates its practice in Family Law, Probate, Estate Planning and Guardianship.
Early on, C.J. and Kaely distinguished themselves academically, both finishing near the top of their law school classes. With more than 50 years of combined practice experience, the firm has served the needs of thousands of clients. These satisfied clients regularly refer their friends and acquaintances.
Importantly, the firm proudly enjoys the respect of its peers. Martindale Hubbell, the legendary lawyer rating service, has bestowed its highest AV® Preeminent rating upon Smith and Frye P.A. during each year of its existence. Both C.J. and Kaely have been recognized by Florida Super Lawyers. C.J. has been named a Super Lawyer, given to the top five percent of all Florida lawyers, in consecutive years. Kaely has been named a Florida Super Lawyer Rising Star, given to the top 2.5 percent of lawyers under 40.
When a client hires C.J. or Kaely, the client often receives the skill and expertise of both lawyers, as C.J. and Kaely regularly discuss and evaluate their respective cases. Few firms can match this level of attention.
A law firm’s reputation and livelihood flow from client satisfaction. C.J. and Kaely are joined by their longstanding paralegals, Erica Wilhelm, who has worked with C.J. for 31 years, and Katie Roden, who has assisted Kaely for 6 years. Our experienced and united team will keep you informed.
The firm is dedicated to building lifelong client relationships through comprehensive representation and attention to detail. Feel free to browse the information contained in our website, which introduces you to our firm, our attorneys, and our main areas of practice. Help is a phone call away.
